This is a really lovely, melancholy post-Winter Soldier AU from Peggy's POV, so it's hard to read sometimes (especially if you know someone with Alzheimer's or dementia) but definitely worth it.

"You're always excited when it comes to punching people," says Bucky. "It's part of your charm." AU where the serum is a bust but Steve works with the Ghost Army to make the Nazis believe Captain America is real. A great read.
